Correctable error situation

A1 fouls B1. B1 retaliates and swings an elbow at A1 and call a technical foul. False double foul is the scenario. Wasn't a shooting foul so we give team A 2 technical FTs and the ball at the division line. A brings the ball in and loses possession. B scores and A calls a timeout after the basket. We then learn that it should have been a one and one situation for team A.

I believe we were still in the correctable error time frame at this point but I wasn't 100% sure of how to proceed at that point. I think I figured it out a few minutes later but just wanted to get the forums input on what should have happened. We just played from where we we're because no one else new any different, but what I think we should have done from this point as the ball had changed possession was award the one and one with the lanes cleared and then resume from POI.

Shoot Team A's FTs then pick up from the POI - Team A inbounding the ball after Team B's made FG - since there was a change of possession after the error (NFHS 2-10-6).
