What's been posted thus far is probably as much intelligible info as you'll receive on this topic. As far as you & I are concerned...it's as close to a "he said"..."she said" (or chicken or egg) scenario as you'll probably ever come across. Suffice it to say there was a disagreement between TASO & UIL which resulted in legal proceedings.

Probably of less importance are all of the legal wrangling's that went on behind-the-scenes. What's most important is this (at least to me)...the major legal hurdles are behind us. And as mentioned above it would probably be best for us to focus on our job of showing up on time at our assigned games ready to take care of business. But that's just my opinion...
