Probably so....he was way too close to the play. No excuse though, guys at that level shouldn't miss something that obvious.
And THAT is why I prefer to bounce the ball to the thrower on any line were it is permitted and would like to see it permitted on the endline....to allow the administering official a much better view of the throwin. |
