team A down 1 point shoots a basket misses is fouled by team B at the buzzer no time on clock team A shooter gets two shots, team A shooter makes first shot ties game Team B coach askes for a time out(to ice the Shooter) do you grant him the time out?

The game is not over and there is a dead ball. It is not a successive timeout in a situation where successive timeouts are not granted. So, the question becomes: do you know of a rule that would prohibit you from granting the timeout?
