I recently subscribed to the referee magazine and they sent me some offer about also joining the NASO. I'm just wondering whether or not it is worth it.

I joined this year for the first time, primarily because of the liability insurance for rec games. You just never know...

I am a member. In fact, I am a charter member, meaning I joined when the organization was first founded.

I am a member. A membership includes a subscription to Referee magazine. When you combine that with the insurance coverage, I think it's worth it. They have some other pretty good publications and resources as well.

My only beef with them is I starting getting renewal notices about six months before the annual expiration date and that gets on my nerves.

Exclamation I sure am.

I am a member. Have been for about 5 or 6 years. Not any better way to spend my money as an official in my opinion.

Peace

I was a charter member and let my subscription drop at one point, it was a mistake.
I really enjoy the magazine but with the insurance available and the legal advice, it is great.
I had to use the legal services last year after a parent threatened me and my partner along with the coach of a player.
NASO was there for me the whole way through,
Sign up, you won't regret it
