OSU-MSU Video Request: Block or Charge?

Those with video getting abilities: OSU-MSU 11:29 2nd half.

MSU driving to the basket, OSU defender, in my opinion, gets LGP prior to the MSU player leaving the floor, outside the RA, and it was called a block. He did not slide, but turned his shoulder. The "common-taters" from CBS said it was because he turned his shoulder (which I know is BS). Missed call or not?

Had one in Maryland-NC, too. Defender seemed to step forward into path of ball handler, official sold it hard, probably anticipating the blowback but the CBS experts apparently got the same briefing about shoulders
