State semi final Tourney game:

A1 dribbles and falls to floor with knee on floor and ball pinned to the floor..Travel?

Not possible to travel while he's dribbling.

Exactly. It's possible the dribbler picked up his dribble, fell to his knee, and then pinned the ball to the floor.
