And as long as those board members' hard work is for the betterment of the board rather than to "get games", then it pays off for everybody. Congrats.

In recent times, it seems if you're on the board, you're considered an elite official, I don't believe that's true. You're just on the board, it doesn't suddenly change your skills.

I believe my job will be to represent the members. That's what I will do.

I expect it to be a lot of work.
