Artificial Noisemaker
Here at the state tournament.
Kids from one of the student sections occasionally "drumroll" on the back of the chair in front of them. Would you consider this an artificial noisemaker? Or would it be classified the same as stomping on the bleachers? Just curious.

Nope, not artificial for me. If that was the case then you'd have to keep kids from stomping on the bleachers.
