As NCAA continues to work younger officials into the mix, this will come to be less of an either/or.

Yes, and in either corner. He is a terrible ball watcher!

You don't think 15 Final Fours (or something like that) is worth something?

Bert Smith is young and fit, yet he still did not get to the spot the other night to make the call.

Rich, are you missing a smiley here? Without talking about right, wrong or missed calls, it has been probably 10+ years since Burr has really kept up with players on the court. For instance, every time the ball is inbounded, he has a head start since he is near the free throw line before the ball comes in.

This isn't about final four experience or call accuracy only the statement that he has been keeping up.

Personally, I think that piece is just a bad habit. I could be wrong.

I watched a game a few weeks ago where I spent a while watching him run the floor and, quite frankly, I've seen worse.

Sounds like I'm damning with faint praise, so I should just stop.

Sure. Probably over $50K.

As Dirt, That's Right, As Old As Dirt, I Said It ...

Is Mark T. DeNucci, Sr. still working Division I ball? If so, my money's on him.

Wow. What an asinine comment.
