The Official Forum - Illegal number and penalty question?

So either, but not both, 0 and 00 are legal, but 03 is illegal? Weird? Weird for the manufacturer to produce such a uniform.

How many seconds are left in the period when the scoreboard reads "1:03"? Aren't numbers, and numerals fun? Thank God that we're not using Roman numerals, except those officials, the ones that we're always talking about on the Forum, that are officiating in Rome. Rome must have lots of basketball officials. Roman Forum? I didn't do that on purpose, it just came out.
