I told you this already.
Good luck as before. Also make sure that you email me or come here with the results of what they told you and the other campers. Hustle and have fun.
Peace

Coast To Coast
This was the best damn camp I have ever been to. I learned more at this camp than any of the other camps combined, the NBA guys were there to teach and make everyone a better official. They wern't just waling around looking for prospects, which is what it feels like when I go to some HS camps. I will definately be attending this camp again next year.
It was a little difficult at first to get the NBA switches down but it was explained and became relativly easy. I still messed it up when the HS switches got me. Esentially the calling official goes to the trail, the trail goes to the spot of the non-calling official and the slot becomes lead or lead becomes slot. In the case where the trail is the calling official he/she stays put and the other two swap. If it is a shooting foul it is sentially the same except that the calling official goes trail table side. I know here in Illinois it is a cardinal sin to bounce the ball on the base line to a player, NBA guys do it all of the time, thought is why waste movement when it doesn't really matter. Two0handed reporting was a little difficult at first too, kept getting my fingers tied in knots. I just started getting my fingers ready on my thighs before I started walking to my spot on the floor. That helped a little bit. I think I may incorporate alot of the NBA reporting into my everyday officiating as my asspirations lie in the NBA. In summary, GREAT camp, GREAT contacts/FRIENDS. P.S. My roommatewas a kid who officiated the LeBron James ESPY play game, he was trail way in the background.
