The problem arises when the wear the legs sleeves so that they extend from under the shorts, over the knee. Until now, tights were easy to spot. But a t a glance, it's almost impossible to now know whether they're wearing leg sleeves or tights.

I just ask, "Are those tights?". If they answer in the affirmative, then I tell them that they can't play while wearing them. If they answer in the negative, then, as far as I'm concerned, they're legal. I'm the "Fashion Police", not a "Fashion Detective".
