NCAA-W Related Question

My daughter is the head coach of a DIII-W program. At her game yesterday she burned a time out when after a substitution of multiple players she was left with only four players on the floor. (I would not have wanted to be in her huddle during that time out ... have not seen her that mad since the time her sister cut her classic Barbie's hair)

In Fed there is a case for this specific scenario that indicates that it's legal for a player to reenter from the bench and no technical is to be charged since there is no intent to deceive and no advantage was gained.

I assume the same applies to NCAA-W, but can someone confirm that for me.
