APG Video Request

Not sure if you'll be able to find this...

At the 19:21 mark of the 2nd half in the Indiana vs Sam Houston State game (Big Ten Network), Indiana #40 has the ball on the right wing on a fast break, and he runs over the Sam Houston State player.

My question for everyone is, if APG can find the video, how the hell is that not a charge?
