Hello all, I currently reside outside of Baltimore, MD and officiate both high school and college basketball. My family and I are contemplating a move to Tuscon, AZ. I am trying to find out any and all information on officiating in Arizona. Like I'm currently part of an IAABO board in MD because of the set up, does Arizona have this or how are their local high school officiating associations set up. On the college level, what smaller conferences are available in Arizona. I am currently at the JuCo, D3, D2 level on the men's side back east. Please post or email me at [email protected].

Thanks to all that respond!

The first thing you'll need to know is that Arizona isn't on the West Coast. The realtor who sold you that Arizona property on the Pacific Ocean is a con. :-)

At least it isn't West Coast yet. But wait! You may have waterfront property before you know it.

Here is the website for the Arizona Athletic Association.

http://www.aiaonline.org/officials/becomeofficial.html

I hope this helps for the high school side.

Hey - if California tries to recall Gray Davis, he may try to detonate explosives and physically secede from the Union.

Secession was tried twice but did not work.
