 The commas make it sound as if you're speaking to Ralph. Try it this way and it's a lot clearer: "That's what I was hoping to hear. Thanks, Ralph."Just having a little fun at your expense!  We've had the Spelling Police, the Grammar Police, and now the Punctuation Police!!Chuck
