I had a coach in a BV game recently ask if he could enter a player who was running late and would arrive after the start of the game.
I love a coach who asks when he's not sure instead of assume and be wrong. :)

Not true. There is no requirement that names be listed in the scorebook ten minutes prior to the game. What the rules book actually says is that the team must supply the official scorer with a team roster at least ten minutes prior to the game.
