I think the point is that it still would've been BI even if he hadn't touched the ball, right? Touching the net is the same as touching the basket; so if you touch the net while the ball is in
<s>the cylinder</s> or on the basket. . .Tweet!

I agree

Yup, good catch, I meant to say in the basket not in the cylinder. Coleman touched it while it was already halfway through the basket. I'm gonna go edit it so it doesn't cause any confusion.

I remember the move, but I honestly don't remember if he seemed to be dribbling for 5 seconds or not. Did he hang onto it for a long time?

I thought so, and I was more aware of it because of the similar play a few possessions earlier. But then again, I had a rooting interest in the game, so my five seconds were probably shorter than five ACTUAL seconds! :D

I saw the play, and in real time before I noticed that they counted the bucket (in my mind, I was saying basket interference, cant believe they missed that call). It was obvious to me that Coleman had hit the ball through the net from below.

For a bunch of guys who consider the NBA entertainment and not sports, you all seem to be watching. I missed it, watched The Bachelor (just kidding).

Hey, we need to be entertained, too! :)
