I had arthoscopic surgery on March 5th for a torn Meniscus,
I started working some Spring games 4 1/2 weeks after surgery, but I couldn't run very well the first two weekends I reffed. About six weeks after surgery I started feeling alot beter, and running alot better. It will be 10 weeks tomorrow since my surgery, it is still a little tender, but not too much, and I can tell that I haven't yet regained full strength, but I can ref no problem now. Good luck to you.
