does anyone know of some software to track official's & their progress? I was thinking of putting something together using MS Acess but I'd rather not "re-invent the wheel" if there is a suitable product out there.

The kind of details I wish to track are: contact details ie name, address, phone & fax numbers, email address, age, birthdate, current badge level, parent/gardian name & contact details if different, spouse/partners name, hobbies, as well as a record of fitness and theory tests (dated tested & level attained), game evaluations etc.

I know that there are some assigning type programs out there, but I'm not aware of any databse type stuff.
I built my own a few years ago using Excel, before I knew about Access. Give it a shot and try to develop something, who knows, you might get rich.
