But, all the yelling about three seconds has its effect. The other team stops camping, and by the end of the second I am up by ten....

IOW, the same affect that letting the officials use the 1st quarter as a teaching quarter and the 2nd quarter to start enforcing the rule would have had.
Either way, the other team would have stopped camping and you would be up by the end of the 2nd quarter.
And 11 year-old rec ball, a lot of that is hired out directly by the city rec departments around here, no association affiliation required. |
