Last night I watched the 1974 ACC finals, Maryland vs NC State. I thought my TV was gonna explode trying to display all the colors in some of the outfits the coaches wore back then...I'm sure JR has a few mustard colored slacks, purple checked jackets and kelly green button down shirts left in his closet! (And no JR, that's not an invitation to search the web for a gif entitled "coming out of the closet"!)

Thought that Lefty's sideburns were a real hoot. And for sportsjackets, it really takes time to appreciate a good houndstooth pattern in double knit polyester.

Gotta wonder how today's below-the-knee baggy shorts will play to an audience 30 years from now.
