Anybody have a sugesstion for a good offseason workout? I have been doing Stairmaster 25 minutes at a time about 3-4 days a week. In addition I have been doing some lifting as well. I havent been doing anything very structured. Anybody use a structured workout?

In the off-season, I switch from regular to reduced fat cheddar cheese on my nachos, and I wash it down with Diet Coke instead of regular. :D

Jumping to conclusions.
Running at the mouth. Hopping up on soapboxes. You might want to look into some form of martial art. No need for contact. A good studio will give you a great full body workout. |
