I am all for holding people accountable for their actions. But shouldn't the punishment fit the crime. If it happens just after the game, can you always be certian you aren't just seeing the second offender? Are you certian the other player didn't say things that would anger Ghandi, but only loud enough for that player to hear?

If two players don't get along, what is to stop one from pushing the button of the other to draw a flagrant T just to keep him from receiving personal recognition for his play?

Lets keep all this in perspective...this is only basketball. The recognition you want to withhold may be the only recognition this kid will receive.
