I have called one at one end and then called one at the other end the very next possession. Does that count? Is this a false double foul? :)

I bet it did the same job. ;)
Now, ...was the second one a good one, cuz the player was stoopid, or was it marginal, cuz the ref was getting someone's attention ? :)

1) Have any of you used this?
2) How early will you use it?
3) Has it ever backfired on you?

I look for rather than avoid them, especially in the low post when the contact is escalating too quickly. Otherwise I'll use it after a warning in the low post. The only time I encounter a problem with it is when we're away from the low post & I call one for a simultaneaous push/shove off a screen, for instance. Then I might get "you missed the first one" from a coach. Of course I never miss the first one! ;)

Is that Coach speak for, "I saw it, too" ?
