Oh, no, they go to the park on rainy days, too. We just can't find any volunteers to take them so the paid staff do it. Kids raised in Oregon DON"T care about a little rain!

you dont get that much rain. Ever live in New Orleans with its 64 inches a year? Heck, even my new home town outside of DC gets more rain than you do.
