Just got done watching the Class A Illinois girls championship. A girl on the winning team was wearing jersey number 03. According to my NFHS rulebook section
3-4-3 I don't see 03 listed as legal. What do you guys think? Should she be allowed to play with that number?

She can play, but the cost is a technical foul.

Any other time, I think this is one that would be easy to ignore, but how did this girl get to a championship game wearing an illegal number? 10-3-3 seem pretty plain to me.
