Who gets possession?

Team White vs Team Blue.

Right at the buzzer to end the third quarter, Team White player gets fouled in the act of shooting (didn't make the basket), goes to the free throw line, and hits both free throws. I have one question:

Possession was with Team White before the free throws. Should possession be given to Team White to start the fourth quarter, even though one of Team White's players hit his free throws?

Also, where is possession given OOB at the start of the fourth quarter?
