Think of it another way - team White just hit buzzer beater jump shot and didn't get fouled, buzzer went off with ball in the air. Does this influence the arrow?
In your case, white's buzzer beater was prevented from success by the foul, but shooting the FTs is just completing the last play of the last quarter. The last play has no impact on the arrow for the next quarter.
