How's this for being emphatic: I will absolutely, positively, without hesitation make the violation call. I don't care if it's the first free throw of the game, or comes at the end of a still-tied triple overtime for the tournament championship (although my personal rules do not permit overtimes
)
If I don't, then I, not the actions of the players, am determining the outcome of the game.
