Well, I've finally reached 100. At this important moment in my posting life :-), I'd like to express my thanks.

You see, in the past I was a notorious howler. A nice guy off the court, who drove people crazy with my rantings on and around the court. After every indiscretion I would go home and "hate" myself for showing my a$$ again.

Finally, I stumbled upon this website. I bought rule books, lurked daily, and over time, learned tons. I'm proud to say I am a changed man. I enjoy the game a lot more, am much quieter, and find that my wife will actually be seen with me after games.

Sometimes, when watching games, without trying to be too obnoxious, I even try to explain some of the calls to people around me. And, I've spoken to several refs about this site.

I also learned another thing - I could never be a ref. I couldn't deal with people like me. So, thanks for taking the time to do a tough job.

Anybody got a tissue?

Coach, I'm glad that you feel the board has been a benefit to you. But in all honesty, I've always felt that the input of coaches such as yourself, PA Coach, and Hawks Coach is equally valuable. You guys give a perspective that helps me see a bigger picture, even if I don't always agree with you. Keep posting!

Chuck

I tried to start a 12-step program, but I kept being called for traveling.
