Number of Overtime Time outs

What is the number of time-outs that teams get when going into overtime? I think it's one 60-sec for each overtime but not sure.

Also, if any time-outs are left after regulation play and overtime periods, they get carried into the next overtime period, right?

One full time-out per team is added for each overtime period...and yes, they "carry-over" any unused to's they have...
