Men's Church League

I ran a church league about 10 years ago that had a history of signifcant sportsmanship issues so I decided to make some of my own rules. 1 T = sit for 5 minutes (can carry over to the next game) 2 Ts (in 1 game) = expulsion from that game and the next 3 Ts (in a season) = you are gone for the season 5 Ts (in a season by 1 team) = the team is expelled. I also told all of the ecclesiatical leaders that if I expelled someone and they decide to re-instate the player, they would have my resignation the next morning.

After the season, I resigned because I was moving out of the area. The church leaders all told me it was the best sportsmanship they had ever seen. (We never had any real incidents)

BTW, if the league will let you fine the players, I would do that in addition to the suspensions.
