The NCAA does a great job of getting officiating information out to interested officials. If you go to
http://www.ncaa.org and click on the Chamionships link, then select basketball....you can then scroll down under either the men's or women's side and select officiating information.
You will then notice links for recent phone conferences which lists important information for NCAA officials.
This is a great source to read about various plays which have come up and how the NCAA wants them address.
Further, for those of us using the shot clock at the high school level, they often have shot clock situations which we should stay aware of.
Just thought you'd all like to know.
