Question

Last night in the Oklahoma-Oklahoma State game there was a controversial play regarding a possible shot clock violation.

What is the criteria to being able to review a play at the NCAA level.

For some reason something tells me you can review
1. To decide if a shot is a 2 or 3 point shot
2. To reset the correct time on the clock
3. To decide if a basket is good at the END of the game only or maybe even at the half.

If these are true then last nights play regarding the shot clock is not reviewable.

I am correct on this??

Please help me and give me the rule or place I could go look.

Thanks
