That's what I thought (they don't lose the arrow), but I let a more senior partner talk me out of it! Ugh! That won't happen again!

If we have a Tech. Foul @ Halftime
2 shots to start 2nd half, one team foul for the 2nd. half
no change in A.P. is this all O.K. under NCAA rules. Thanks

2 shote to start 2nd half...yes.

1 team foul for the second half...yes if the T is direct, no if indirect.

No change in AP...no. NCAA goes to point of interruption after shooting FTs for a T, so you would go back to the AP throw-in (and change the arrow if the throw-in ends or if there's a throw-in violation).
