:( I know, shame on me. I'm not a total sniffer. I didn't recognize any of the officials and ESPN hasn't posted the names yet.

No Ed Hightower on Sunday in Charlotte. Last year the only folks to advance to Sweet 16/Elite 8 were those who worked Saturday or Sunday of the first weekend.

Steve Olson & Don Daily worked with Shows earlier today.

While that might be true about working the 2nd weekend, any of the 96 officials assigned to the 2nd round (round of 64) are eligible for Regionals...

A searchable list with with officials assignments for all four post season tournaments is at Philadelphia Basketball Referee - college Men Postseaon .

It includes info for the last 5 years with referee photos and box score links. The list can be filtered by any combination of date, official, team, tournament and round.

I'm reading many quotes/tweets tonight about the AZ/Texas game saying that the UT player could not call a TO because the official's count was already at 4. Is that correct? As I read it he can call it anytime before count gets to 5.

Not sure about NCAA but this ruling has not been valid in FED since circa 1974;)
