In that case, a clear caution on red. I'd wait a few seconds on the whistle, to see how the play plays out, but by the looks of this, there'd be a pretty quick IFK for yellow.
I have such a high level of disdain for cheaters that I would Red Card the offender for striking the opponents hand with his face. ;)

I have a similar disdain. However, our state's association requires a ten-minute sit for all player yellow cards. (High/middle school, not USSF.) That may be enough punishment for this.
