NF releases rule changes for next year

Hey Mark -

I like #10. Some of the schools treat the refs like they want them to come back.....bottled water, more than one shower stall, vouchers ready to be filled out, notify you when 2 minutes before start of 2nd half ---others ---no separate room for refs (they don't count) change in bathroom, shower but no running water, hope you don't come out for second half. LOL
