NFHS: Trail (2-person) or Center comes in to signal # of throws ONLY, lead adminsiters ball.
NCAA: T or C administers 1st throw, L subsequent throws. I've been told, however, that the NFHS mechanic will change again within the next two years...do they do this to just keep us on our toes?
