This is awfully hard to visualize. Foot on floor is ok, heel comes off the floor which moves it closer to the toe in vertical space. Now heel is somehow committing a violation.

The heel committed the violation by going beyond the vertical plane of the outside edge of a lane boundary.Players do this all the time.Players also occasionaly get warned for doing this.Players do not usually get called for doing this.
