End of period shot/tap

I have not received this year's NCAA rulebook yet. And I'm trying to find the rule about a shot with .3 seconds or less. Is it in last year's book? I've looked pretty carefully. It's rule 5-2-5 in the NF book, but I honestly can't find it in the NCAA book. Can anybody give me a citation? Thanks

4-65-5 2001/2002 book.
