Not on a T (in NFHS) but as Snaqwells said, you go POI on a double foul

Do you have a rule basis for the "opposite table side" part of your statement?

Many years ago, coaches had a choice where to inbound the ball, division line table side, or division line opposite table side. Without any directive from the coach, officials would always pick the side opposite the table, to keep away from the bench area. Eventually the NFHS just put it in the rule book as: no choice, always opposite the table, at the division line.

The throw in is also from the spot of foul (not the division line) on an intentional foul, which fans often confuse with a "T" because they are both shot with the lane cleared. Refs should know better of course.
