Happy New Year To All ...

Please be safe tonight. I am going to a friends house which we never do, but I hope to get back home early, like 10p...we'll see.

I pray a safe and happy new year for everyone here. Don't get stupid.

Which would be midnight in most of Greenland, Brazil, Argentina, and the Mid-Atlantic Ocean.

That is a name worthy of imagination there, oneputt. Watching Twilight Zone marathon until my wife comes over and shuts it off. Will the Real Martian Please Stand Up? episode airs at 10:30 pm tonight on SyFy.

AMC is presenting a “Countdown with The Stooges” right now until midnight, wall-to-wall Three Stooges comedy interrupted only by AMC’s irritating commercials. I'm sure that Mark Padgett will be along sometime tomorrow to give us his critique.

LOVE those types of Marathons. Watching my beloved Hoosiers get beat but will be switching the "The Zone" when the Mrs falls asleep!

The Stooges are personal heroes of mine. While most of their humor was based on slapstick antics, occasionally there was some insightful satire. In the immortal words of Curly Howard, "NYUK NYUK NYUK!"

BTW - Curly played basketball in HS - not kidding.

I have many of their videos including cartoons. I daydream of the situation in which I can hold my fist out to a coach and say "See that".

AMC was great when it was ad free. Now it has 3 minutes of movie for every ten minutes of commercials.

Mark's critique: "BillyMac, chseagle and I are the real three stooges."

Don't care. It still has Mad Men, one of the best shows on television. Especially with Christina Hendricks. YUM! (insert incredibly sexy pic of her here)
