Very unlikely as VT has a 20 game schedule and that includes holiday tournaments. A couple of border schools play teams from NH, MA &/or NY. It is likely that any enforcement would be for games under VPA jurisdiction. For example, a NH school playing in VT is not subject to the VT mouthguard rule.
