It's Freaking Me Out ...
For the past few days an advertisement banner for Google has been appearing on top of the Official Basketball Forum page. It looks like a regular Google search engine page, until the words, "justin bieber", and, "glee", start typing themselves in. It's freaking me out man. Like a bad acid trip back in the sixties.
Please make it stop. It's creepy.

The only one that can make it stop is the owner of the site, Brad. And since those ads pay the rent for our playpen, methinks you ain't about to see 'em stopped, William.
Afaik the mods can't do a thing about ads except delete any posts in which they appear. |

You can do it yourself. Two steps:
1. Install Firefox or Chrome. 2. Install Adblock Plus.

I didn't know that. I've got Firefox and IEX, and I usually use IEX from force of habit. Of course, I just ignore the banner ads anyway so they don't really bother me.

I'm Not Even Sure Who Justin Beiber Is ???
I don't mind the banner ads. I don't even mind this sponsor. I just don't like this particular banner ad. It feels like my computer has a mind of its own. A mind that does it's own typing and wants to know more about Justin Beiber, and Glee, than I really want to know.
