First One is Done

Just did my first girls J/V scrimmage. Here are my takeaways:

1) Need to gain more court awareness...where to stand and where to look and anticipate plays

2) Remember to Stop the clock not just blow whistle and then signal foul or violation

3) Rushing and more Rushing...many on here said SLOW DOWN


4) My pants kept slipping down when I was running down the court

I would love to here some of your comments and experiences....
