Nope, just offering to help him print a document which he has presumably purchased or obtained legally for his own personal use.

And, for which, the Fed has intentionally co-opted printing privileges.....to the point of protecting it with a 254 bit encrypted password.
Sorry, Nevada, I am a software developer and software piracy goes against my grain.
I did suggest a productive method for getting this info into a printable format that didn't employ any potentially illicit acts...
