OT - assembly line worker wearing referee jersey on TV
While watching the NCAA tourney this morning, a commercial came on for the CBS show "Undercover Boss". This coming Sunday (March 21) they're featuring the CEO of GSI Commerce. The commercial shows him standing next to one of his female workers who is boxing up some merchandise for shipping. She's wearing a HS (or possibly college, I couldn't see the sides) referee jersey.
Anyone have any idea what that's about? Does she resolve disputes about inventory or something? If so, she needs a whistle (she didn't have one attached to her jersey). I really don't want to have to watch the show to find out.

I saw that too. Maybe it's a Foot Locker factory/warehouse?

Or maybe she has a 2nd job at Foot Locker and doesn't have time to go home and change.
